// 01 / ABOUT
Veteran-owned. Mission-driven.
Insipid Assets LLC was founded by combat veterans who understand what it means to depend on equipment that works. We build the systems and run the programs that keep warfighters and workers safer.
01.1 / ORIGIN
Why we exist
Insipid Assets LLC was established by two U.S. military veterans who served in some of the most demanding operational environments in the world — Iraq, Afghanistan, East Africa, and beyond. Both principals have seen firsthand what happens when equipment fails, when programs stall, and when the people who need solutions most are the last to receive them.
We founded this company to close that gap. By combining deep RDT&E program development expertise with hands-on manufacturing capability, we deliver integrated solutions that move from concept to fielded hardware faster than traditional defense contractors.
As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business registered in SAM.gov, we bring the agility of a small firm with the credibility of principals who have operated at the highest levels of defense policy, logistics, and field operations.
01.2 / PHILOSOPHY
How we work
I
Principal-level accountability
Every engagement is led directly by the owners. No layers of management between the customer and the people responsible for results.
II
Integrated R&D to production
We develop the research programs and manufacture the hardware under one roof — eliminating handoff delays and reducing fielding timelines.
III
Compliance without compromise
MIL-SPEC, OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, ITAR, and Buy American requirements are built into every project from day one — not bolted on at the end.
IV
Field-first thinking
Our designs are informed by operational experience. We build for the conditions that actually exist, not the conditions that look good on paper.
